Toddlers Room

2 years to 3 years

The staff ratios in this room are 2 staff members and 12 children. One of the main aims of the Toddlers room is to extend on children’s self help and independence in a safe and secure learning environment.

Interests of the children are observed by the staff and then facilitated through hands on experiences, group activities and language times. In this age group a major focus is on toileting and learning to work and share as part of a group.
Some of the activities that we enjoy in our room include:

The Staff in our Toddlers Room

Lead Educator— Annette who has a Diploma and has been in the industry since 1992 and at our centre since 2005.
Lead Educator—Alyssa  who has Certificate 3 and studying a Diploma and has been in the industry and at our centre since 2019.

Educator—Chrissy who has a Diploma and has been in the industry since 1987 and at our centre since 2020.

Educator—Nicholene who has a Certificate 3 and studying a Diploma and has been in the industry since 2011 and at our centre since 2024.
